if i asend in maind does that affect my asention account cause i asended a couple of days ago and i was under the ipression that it would affect my asention account was i just being lame?

if you re-ascend you get more ascencion power points which you can turn into lifeforce.
that's the only benefit (unfortunately and luckily)

power up screen very last option (coverting 1/2 life force to activate all your saved ascension points)
the ascension points you get when you (re-) ascend, they are determined by the resources you ahve when ascending and their conversio rate.
by using the convert option in ascension, you can convert all Ap you ahve saved till that day once into life force (i think 33 per AP is the rate). so make sure you do it, if you ahvent done already
these life force can be used to raise other power stats, ike life force flow, max capacity, charisma, defense cover upgrade etc and will hereby make you ascended realm stronger.
