As this was implemented in other GW's servers why doesnt Ascended have Armory Multiples Repairs?

Though not much used it comes in handy when ur strapped for cash and u need to repair as much as u can afford instead of paying the full price, as the average defences increase this payment is getting larger and larger...

this is a must
why can't we get it?

I also agree this should be implemented.

In my opinnion this should be put in place as if you get attacked many times and have a big defence, the repair costs will be hundreds of millions. Withouth the bank there's not much else you can do than sell some of the weapons to afford to repair the rest since you can't just wait to generate enough money to repair them all at once or it will get stolen by the same guy who raided you earlier. Talking from personal experience... If it's that way on purpose then it's okay but if not it should be fixed.
