I can't seem to remember this with any certainty...

Is the UP on the spy report raw or total?

raw, u can calculate the total by looking at the officers up and ny planets they migh hav

Good luck calculating though... Depending on how many officers, it can get a mess

Easiest to spy them before and after a turn... Much easier then trying to get all the planets and officers.

or see how much their army size increase after a turn (given that they havent bought/sold uu) and multiply it by 48

just add from 0-30k UP depending on the rank~~

Ok, now I'm confused... what does rank have to do with anything? I've been ranked in the top 100 and 9k+ areas both within the last few weeks, and my stats haven't really changed all that much except for how many strike weapons I have at the time. :lol:

Anyway, yeah it's just RAW on the spy report. To figure totals you have to take in account their officers and their boosts, any self-commander or no commander boost, and any planets they might have. Somebody with a 20k raw might have well over 50k total, you just never know these days.

oki... true... but genereally... the people with higher rank tend to have more planets and more officers and therefore hight tot UP....

it's just a generalization that works somewhat~~
