lost troops

i have sent admins a email about me losing spies and miners for no reason, i have lost around 80K troops in the past week and no one has got back to me, i know i have lost 70K on spies and 10-11K on miners as my money is now down and nobody knows my password or anything so why have my troops been taken from me? my army size was over 700K and it went down into the 600's. i would be greatful if someone could get back to me ASAP please. poison_nat

you sure you have'nt been raided or had anti covert used against you?

no i woke up the other day and they were gone and i havent lost any defenders or anything so i cant have been attacked i dont think. anyways i looked into my attack logs and spy log and theres nothing there. but it happened to my brother aswell and few other people, i dont understand whats wrong.
