I was raiding this guy garewars http://www.stargatewars.com/stats.php?id=71358
I never spied on him before I started raiding him, I just hit him with 1AT and he was giving me a lot of UU... now he tried to take one of my planets, so I decided to spy on him and find out what he had
no alliance
no commander
no defence
2000 fleets
9958 UP
and all the sudden his army size is down to 8k... so I guess this is an account that's only purpose is to feed another account and steal planets, or how else could someone with almost 10k UP only have a 8k army
