I am sure this has been the effect of a bug but could the admin please look into this for me, here are the details::

I paid for the $20 supporter upgrade (+ added surcharge) on friday morning/lunch as a result I expected to be on PPT until Monday morning/lunch so I left logging into my account until tonight (Sunday) when I logged on I only had a small amount of Naquadah.

Basically I was attacked now strangely I logged on to still having 342 mins Protected, I would like at least reimbursed for my losses as in this battle I calculate my costs to be:

2,652,688,779 Naquadah was taken from the realm of Boral
9,180 of Boral's forces fell (All Super Soilders)
destroying 44 Energy Shields on Axbraxis the Defender!
52 Energy Volley, and totally destroyed 21 fleets!

Above is all my losses, can an administrator please look into this for me as I have spent over $120 on my account so far but would be hesitant to spend more if the terms of the cash agreements can not be met.

if you brought a ppt on friday it would only last until sunday ... nto monday .. the reason why you have 300 mins of ppt is because the server has been down for a few hours today so when admin restarted it he put everyone on ppt (ruined one of my only days i can farm but oh well nvm)

anyway ... you wont see any of those resources back because it is your fault for not logging in before your ppt ended.. lol..

it is just a 48 hour ppt unless they have changed it on me. I hven't checked recently.
