Cruel and unusual

Hey guys I'm fairly new at this as I am only working on my second ascension. I have a beef/question! Why on earth does it require me to have 400,000ish UU to ascend when I only have a total of 6xx,000 units!?!?!? I wasn't going to reascend untill I had 1 million+ lifers saved but my last ascension only cost around 65000 uu making it relatively easy to get back up in ranks to reascend. I suspect I need a new strategy.
If it is related to unit production like I suspect it is my up is 12,xxx natural.

you need to pay 62.5 times of your raw up in uu's as ascencion cost

my first ascension cost me 1.25mill UU so um count yourself lucky
650k of supers and 600kUU... (raw UP of 23k)

1.25 mill eh.... Wow that really sucks. Ah well I guess this all just delays my plans a little longer. I'll go play prior like a good boy now.

not even gonna mention how many million of UU my next one will be but in terms of UU this higher the UP the more the cost to UU, Trained, and Naqudah.
and 62 times is not accurate for UU requirements. Not even close actually in a mathmatical sense. And before any one argues the fact get 2 test subjects one with a low UP and one with a higher and watch how much further away your numbers get.

i just did my forst ascension and it cost me about 25 times, but from what i have heard, when ascending to lg its closer top 62, it goes up or something per ascension, ill be able to tell it in a few days anyway

It starts at X 25 and goes up at 5 per ascention.
1 = X 25
2 = X 30
3 = X 35
etc
etc
etc
Then after 6 ascentions it goes up by 1
The 7th ascention is X 56
8th is X57

i always thought the 1st ascension's costs were 20.8 time your UP, cause thats the amount of days it takes to get your 1000 GR pts. so if you didn't train anything from the 1st day you started to get GR, when you have 1000 you will have exactly enough to ascend?

it's not based on time.... it's based on UP and what acension you are on...
