The reason he hasnt been banned is because hes tried to legitimize his multying in the forums. By putting a face on his scheme, people dismiss him, whereas if he stayed off forums and did nothing, he would have been ostracized weeks ago.

having multis is enuff to qualify as cheating. they need to be ostrisized. unfortunately some times proven cheaters arent banned, just too many, it like trying to get rid of a hord of mosquitos with a fly swatter getting 1 at a time.
