Cannot Establish game session

umm i cannot log in to my ascneded account everythime i go for Forgot login it says cannot establsih game session and i jsut cannot log in it wont let me send me my info or when i sent a keycode (to log in like 442) i checked for my name to send it to me and it cant find my name.somebody PLEASE HELP ME!
