i wan't to know how you write those ranks (Colonel, General, God,........) infront of your names???

Some (like Supreme Commander, God, General) are given when you have a certain number of officiers, others are given by your commander (the first prime title). They depend on the race you are playing.

yes ok i got that but i wan't to know how do i do that?? how do i make my alliance members (colonel, or something like that)??

It is not available as an alliance feature, only a commander feature.

why there is only one option for ranks??? i'm tauri and only one of my officers can get that rank??

It's like the second in command in the alliance-system, there can be only one.. think of it as First Prime, you can't have a battalion of first primes

i know that but it sucks that you can't have some sergeants, lieutenants, ........
