Number of spys

Does it make a difference the number of spys I have if they have a higher covert rank than me and I try to spy on them or they try to spy on me?

hers wat i do. if u CAN see naq and army size.. always apy with ALL of them (u wotn fail). if u can see only one OR zero.. dont bother spying.

if you have a higher covert then them then you will be able to see their naq if you can then spy on them with all your spys to make sure you dont fail

If the number of spies they (the 'attacker') send, coupled with their covert level, beats the total covert power (spies, levels and realm alert) of the 'defender' then the mission succeeds.

But of cousre jgg thats a large gamble....if you have level 16 and the other guy has 17 he has say 1k spies and you send 10k...well youd get through..but thats massive ammounts you have to send....in which case you should really not have that many for a small spy level.

so if you send all your spies on a recon and you can see both, his naq and army size, you'll get through guaranteed?

you will get through, however you may still have question marks (you just won't get caught)

I don't believe you actually have to beat them. You can spy on people with higher covert than you and not get caught. You just won't get to see much else than ????

ahh..now that i have done but only in qws as repli.....with all the upgrades in covert a guy with level 16 with about 1k spies and me with my mere 15 and 1k spies....sliepnir just jogged my memory...not sure weather he had 1k or 500 might have been 500 cos lookin at those fogures...
