can you set up brokers with people who dont have ss?

long answer: only thru boh having full ss can it be possible

i know about ascending and brokers, jeezzz ive ascended already. i was just wondering cuz my friend doesnt really play anymore and he has a tonne of turns and no way to send them. oh well, guess hell have to keep them forevermore
