Few Questions...

_What is use of "destroy"?
_How can you grow
alot Influence power?
_What is kill/how can you do it?
_How can you make dropping life forces reserves (of some1 else ofc LOL)?
_How can you descend (not yourself loool)?
Only things I didnt get yet of this good server

'Destroy' is for the purpose of massing people, basically. Your armies don't worry about taking DMU or capturing enemy planets, they just enter the battle with the simple goal of doing as much damage to the enemy planets and weapons as possible. Does more damage in fewer turns.

these all have to do with desention(discussed in upcoming enchancements forum) and i dont think its been released yet

Charisma updates boost these alot.
Buying UP helps i believe as Influence is gained by growth i believe (maybe wrong there)
