It's a name given to a player by their commander. It provides no bonuses, upgrades, or anything tangible. Just a warm fuzzy feeling inside.

I think some one should Add this stuff in to the Game&Rules on the top left left...
And list them all out, all the titles... else what the point of having them, if you don't know what they stand for...
