no this guy is a multi, he already has that OMG and who knows how much other multi's has he got, I'm massing him till he doesn't get banned for breaking the rules..
I was once a CO for his "OMG" account, cause I ment he hasn't got any other acc... nxt day I saw "UniQuE" acc again, so I disbanded him and wrote to admin..
P.S: this guy was always a multi, infact we didn't know, I was always suspecting that, and if you don't beliave me, then give me a PM on SGW and I'll give you the person's link, that know that he's a multi
(of course if they'll give me a permission that I can send you the link)
