He undoubltly is a multi-accounter.
He is a very new player, of corse won't have any idea how to build fleets and send MS out yet.
He is taking my turn naq, and every planet I have. I'm not complaining, im just pointing out. Someone made this account to pee me off.
Admin can you check it out please. He has the same language (Speaks exactly the same) as my worse enemy....
