Need help on this

i had a 1.5 bil +, and i had 19 bil given to me. so i upraded my covert level from level 20 to level 22. and now my covert action is
Covert Action 3,255,003,780 +
i went to traiing and it says that i upgraded the covert level twice but when i look at my stats it seems like i only done it once.

well covert doesnt multiply twice the amount each level anymore. new updates changed that awhile ago

Nope.. When I last checked I was getting around 1.41 as a multiplier.

Nope.. When I last checked I was getting around 1.41 as a multiplier.
wow, its so not worth it to get lvl 25 I guess...

the x1.41 can be quite valuable even if it sounds small.. If you got 10bil base it's still 4bil or so..

Yeah, it multiplies 1.41 each level, which is the square root of 2. So to double your covert, you now need 2 spies levels instead of 1. It still comes in handy if you can afford it, but it's not really worth overextending yourself to get it like it used to be.

so what happens to the people who upgraded their level before tghis action took place.
doe sthere still be doubled, and keep their current covert stats, or does thier cover drop.
because if it take places now, and it has no effect on the ones that brought it before then thaty is unfair, and should be changed.

of course it works this way on ALL players, lol. Covert level is simply a multiplier, Covert total =covert level multiplier x number of spies
Doesn't matter when you bought your spy level, the total is worked out the same now.
