TRADE BUTTON

I think since in last few days a lot of people was "screwed" for the deals that they have done on SGW market or anywhere else it would be nice to get one upgrade to prevent that. So I suggest :

TRADE button, when u would click it, u would go to the new page and there would be like what will u trade for what, u would click let say (turns for troops if u will be selling turns and reciveing troops if other way orioud u would click troops for turns) then u would write in your deal (1,000 turns for 8,000 troops) and then u would write in ID of him who u are diong deal with and press OK. The one who u are doing deal with sould do the same, and then if both buyer and seller would have stuff as promised, SGW game sould have automaticly exchange what they wrote into forms ( it would only be dificult if u would have to sell weapons to get naq (maybe it could automaticly sell weapons only what u woulčd chose is defence or attack ;) ). I know it soudns complicated but I buelive it could be done

PS: That button would come along with SS, since people with SS are the only ones that can make transfers

lol to get people to look at this you made and anoucment in the market lol.

anyway your idea seems similar to trading in runescape and it works there.

i should be getting ss tomorrow then i will start trading but im afraid that ill get riped off this idea would solve that so if you back out of it the other person will know and then no one would get anything.

great idea im about to vote in the poll and ill say its a good idea

I have been ripped off in runescape pretty bad though. Although this would definetly be better than what you have to do now to trade.

I'd say no. SS was not intentionally made for trade. If you wish to use it for trade, so be it. But you'll have to take the risk or trade only with those you speciffically trust. I may be biased because I don't have SS, but then again, it would be another advantage SS-ers have over us. So I vote no.

I'm with Sleipnir on this - trade should not be such an integral part within the actual game as it is limited only to those with SS. And, before anyone says 'make it available to everyone' - that would devalue SS and would probably mean people wouldn't bother with it. Less people buying SS = less money going to the game = no necessary software and hardware upgrades!

I'm afraid to say that if you wish to trade using the market then you are taking your resources into your own hands as it is not an integrated part of the game, so Forum can do nothing about it.

Which is why were askin Can something be done about it :P
sorry to say but this game needs a new twist as it is getting borring 8)
all it ever is is buy weapons, attack, ppt, moan, thats about all, and half the game doesnt even attack any more :?

a new twist for once would be nice, especially as the pole reflects it and so many peole are doing it, I dont see why not :-D

Perhaps the game does need something - I just do not think it is a trade button/screen. There are lots of other good suggestions that could be implemented, such as new spy abilities.

I don't want the game to turn into Stargate Trading Wars!

Although I practice trading often and as much as I would like the extra security that this button would provide, Sleipnir makes a valid point about the risk of war and about SS benefits.

So i'm gonna go with Sleipnir and vote no.

StarGate traders - the final frontier...

and I mean it would be the final...

I have SS, for helping out my friends and allies sometimes, and have bought it for a couple of people...

I understand the idea of trade - I was the first person to sell turns for SS on eBay  .

And yes, I mean oops...

The game has gone downhill from there (SS wise) as everyone wants to buy turns and such for real money...

It's TS now, Traders Status not Supporter status.

I understand some trading is a good idea... But some people who do it quite disgust me.
