How can my officers increase my unit production??

I have got some officers...
But they didn't help in increasing my unit productin
Can someody tell me why??

Your UP bonus is directly related to how much their UP is. If they get 30% of your naq, you get a bonus of 15% of their UP. If their UP is low, then it doesn't add up to much.

But the point is my unit production didn't even increase by 1

That is a bug, then... or don't you give them income?...

Your officer bonus should show up in the 'total' tags:
I.e. XXXXX (YYYYYY)
The 'Y's
If you've got officers, and the total is no differant than your RAW UP... then either:
A. They've all got a pitifull UP.
B. They're on Vacation (iirc).
C. Your using the same IP.
D. Or, it's a bug.
I would imagine it's C...?

I don't know why, but the unit production shows a difference when I last logon....
but anyway thanks for the help guyZ

Your Total UP might go down, if you lose an officer or if they ascned and lose all there UP.
