SS Trade Broker Does Not Work

I am doing a SS trade with another player. As Broker page indicated we had him initiate the trade for UU. Then I went to the donate page and paid for the $20 SS for him. He received it, but for some reason the broker is not releasing the UU to me. Clicking the "Accept Deal" button does nothing. Also my record shows that I have made 0 Trades/Donations this week (Not sure if it's relevent). Does someone know of this bug and what I need to do?
