Why have I been suspended?

My account has been suspended today for alledged cheating......not sure what I have done. definitely no cheating from me that I am aware of.....

Well mine was suspended too for a cheating investigation, and I'm sure
I didn't do anything wrong (I've been playing for a long time).
So maybe is it a bug?

did you get any explanation as to why you were suspected of cheating???
did your account get re-activated as well???
The only thing I can imagine is that I play a lot on a network that has a few people playing that causes the impression of multis.....as we do know about the no multi on same isp rule we don't try and take advantage of this.

well if it's a bug it's a damn big one.
i'm suspended also and have no idea what the reason could be.
i wish they would at least mail us the "charges" so we would at least know what the hell is going on.

TBH I'm really angry about this. Account suspended and not a word.
Unless there are a good explanation for all of this i'll leave the game.
It isn't fair to be playing for two years and just get an account suspended
without any reasons.

Totally agreed here. I was suspended about 2 am monday morning and still have not received a response or information on what I'm charged with. I run an alliance I don't have time to cheat.
So far I've lost 35 billion in income because of this.

I think it is totally disgusting that admin are suspending accounts that are alledgedly being suspected of cheating without warning or explanation.
I work in customer services for a very large mobile phone operator and if we did what Admin are doing and suspending accounts without notice warning or explanation I would expect us to be fined heavily.
Admin.....reply to emails and sort this calamity out.......

according to my friend who I work with my account is on PPT.....if that is the case and we all are...when we are all found innocent we should find no loses
I hope if this is the case though Admin will be telling us that the account will be unsuspended at a specified date or allow an extra 24hrs PPT as a compensation to none access and potential loses if we got farmed.

I feel for you guys (if you are innocent), but if you look at this way because of the massive amount of multi's that are cropping up, they may be having to take action quick & investergate. Because of all this extra work being caused, have ago at the cheats on the forums & if you know of any report them. don't stand by & think its not my problem

it's good and all as long as we aren't suspended for nothing and some cheaters gets banned.
non of us likes planetstealing multis,autobankers,multi farms,...
altho i hope we will get some mail after all that informing us about the things that were done and found out.

TBH that isn't the way of dealing with it. Do you want to suspend many accounts for cheating investigation? OK that's fine with me, I haven't
anything to hide. But send a message or at least a repply .....
