I can't belive that i got suspended pending cheating investigation!!

I play at home and at work... and from what i know nobody at work plays the game and now i am under investigation!
Already emailed the admin but i don't know when i will get an answer...


I was going to buy full SS and close some deals and trades and now i get locked out!!

While this happening the accounts are available for attacks right?
This could mean that i get massacred and cannot even fight back!

I'm also suspended and am in the same position except that I do have 2 people at work that play and 1 at home.....

Admin do need to sort out this suspending issue...

BTW while suspended accounts are on vacation mode so it is not open to attack.

I understand the problem of stopping multie players but i also see a lot of innocent people getting locked out!

I am starting to doubt the accuracy of the cheating script....

How much time do the admin takes to solve this issues?

I'm afraid that this will take forever and i will lose the deals made.

when it says that thanks to our script this page aint checked much, i recon it should say "due to our anti-cheating scripts we will be checking this page every 30 seconds, due to need" lol, forum, either check this section more, or make a second one for people who think they have been unfairly banned where he DOES check it.

my cousin got suspended today too, but he is fully INNOCENT!!!!

in my opinion, admin should message every suspected cheaters a warning, so we got time to send admin e-mail, that he/she is innocent, but if not, and the cheater remains cheating after 3 warnings, THAN he/she should got suspended

that is just sooo unfair...

What i read across the forum affects several players that are claiming
innocence ( I know i am) and that we locked out of their
accounts without any valid reason.
Several of them got locked out recently so it may be something new?!

Problem is that we are loosing a lot of resources and no one
knows when the situation will be solved or even if we wil be
compensated for the losses!!

This situation is really new to me but i think no gain can come from this!!
Especially all the deals i have agreed will probably be lost.

the thing is Feuervogel, forum doesn't do it himself. he has cheating scripts in place, and i'm pretty sure that he has recently updated them. i think, although i am against cheating, we need to take most of these scripts off, until they dont ban innocent people. maybe if they looked at the most FREQUENT IP instead of, ok, you were on the same IP once, BANNED! even some people who have like AOL will share their IP, that would be a problem, but one, that should forum care to investigate, would be easily fixable.

Anyone knows the status of this issue?
I hear a lot of people complaining and no actions being taken or at least no word that they will take care!!

I feel your pain glych. I've not seen anything except a rumor that we might get our account back after a week.

I know a few people with the same issue. This should be put into the bug spott so it might get seen.

All of the innocent people affected have been emailing the Admin (i know i have) but without any answer...


There are now so much posts with the same topic, it's impossible not to see it!!

I agree this really pathetic there are more and more apparent innocent players getting susupended daily alot of these accounts are now no longer frozen and are defenseless and in in the open. My account was on some sort of admin created PPT which lasted about a week. It is no longer being protected as my friends tell me. I was getting ready to asend in a couple of weeks, now there is NO telling what I will be able to go back to. an Admin needs to post what criteria they are using to JUSTIFY these action for what is an indefinate suspension of these accounts without notification of actions

Hey guys please check your accounts.
Although i had no answer from the Admin i logged in in my account with sucess.

Now i am still in PPT but i dont have the income of the last days i was suspended.

We are talking of serious losses and the PPT is not sufficent to repay the situation.

Man don't even know why i got suspended and now have to deal with the consequences!!
