Fleets being sold after stealing a Planet

Ok, I know that the MS was fixed so it couldn't "run" away after stealing a planet for 2 hours... But I have 2 more suggestions to add to it as people are STILL finding loopholes around this.
1) A MS cannot be upgraded/modified for the 2 hour perior (IE You can't steal a planet then sell your fleets to save them from destruction).
2) You must have a Specific # of Weapons for your MS for each fleet you have. Say 2 : 1 maybe, or some other #. People have these small account with nothing BUT fleets on their MS and no regular soldiers or anything, with almost no stats and no UP and what not...
Please do something about this, as it really does ruin the game for people that spend the time to build an account to have a really heavily defended planet stolen by an account that could be bought 100x over with your own accounts resources.
Optional
1) Fleets are like other MS weapons and once bought can NOT be sold. (This would actually be far more effective as that would cost a GREAT deal more to replace them as they are destroyed)

I like the 'standard' ideas... but not the additional idea.

I feel it should require both shields & fleets (not just the slots bought)
at a rate of 4:1...
so thats adding up both the weapons and shields... so 1k weapons + 1k shields = 2k and 4:1 would make it a max of 500 fleets... which will be a good way of limiting fleets to stop the planet stealing abuse that is effecting the game...
and for those who play & already have a mothership with weapons and shields and say a fleet of 2k
with 1k weapons & 1k shields who would have a fleet power of 500 fleet (not 2k) it shouldn't destroy those fleets it should only use 500 of them by saying you mothership is unable to protect so many fleets and keep the hangers safe... you require more shields & weapons to make use of 2k fleets... because of this only 500 of your fleets will be able to fight... the other 1500 will be kept safe behind large blast doors...
and will onyl send out 500 for planet stealing & or when attacking the enemy
this should cover the possibility of people who may "lose" fleets and also give a good reason as to why they are only using a certain %

LOL... So S T I's (approx) 16k fleet would be... the equilevant of 64k shields and volleys (spreading it nicely: 32k volleys and 32k shields. Unpayable. LOL)

yup

dont need 16k fleets

if STI has 10k in each thats still 5k fleets (obviously the stat bonus still applies

)

Some nice ideas there, most would work, with the fleets to ms weaps you could have it decrease over time, for example 2000 weaps needed for 500 fleets, 20000 weaps might get you 10000 fleets or something.

Ha, i'd like to see the filthy planet thieves try to build 10k weps and shields to get thier fleets.

as much as i agree, it would limit the NORMAL players too much.

erm, but the reason i sell my fleets after is so i can use the Naq for planet def. lol, i kinda go,
step1: buy nessisary fleets
step2: take planet
step3: sell fleets and defend planet wid naq.
i doubt this is an uncommon strategy. i would disagree with it less if there was an option when attacking "do not send fleets" so that i dont suffer fleet damage for attacking someone within 2 hours.

just a thought, but if you could buy the account 100x ova, i think you canj afford to defend your planets a heck of a lot better than what ever you do.
and the only way i'd go with the "non-resellable" fleets, would be if, as i said. there was a "dont send fleets" option, as when you get a few, it costs a HECK of a lot to repair, like S T I, for eg, would be spending hundreds of millions to repair his, lol, a bit unfair.

1 key problem to this, is that a planet would only ever need like 3billion defence, if someone is going to have to buy 5200 fleets, and with this, 10000 weapons/shields, then the cost of doing that would far out way ANY benefits a planet would give, they might as well just buy Mercs and weapons for them, or, spend it on their UP

but every serious player invests into his ms so you cannot say that for 5k fleets you'd first need to get 10k weps and shields each because you will be getting them anyway. i think the only problem is to change the ratio to 1:3 or 1:2.5 or something.

sounds interesting... but is it possible to put into the code?
and would it prevent multies from building up maybe anti-covert to get power, and fleets to steal?

Look, most of the people complaining are those that put nothing on planetary defence. A amte of mine can put 60billion defence on a planet in 2 days if it's average size right. I did some calculations, it would need 34k fleet, at a total cost of over 5trillion (5,000,000,000,000) Naq to take it. And if these planets are SOOOOOO great, why not put the defence into them, no planet raider will be able to get together 5trillion Naq, and if they do, you could ahve put another 30billion defence on the planet before they even get half way.
Just suck it up, if you loose one take someone elses, and if you don't want to loose it, put a worthwild defence on it

I personally like the idea of making fleets un-sellable.
It annoys the hell out of me when some stinking planet theif steals my planets then sells off the fleets leaving me with no means of retribution.
I would also like to see the time extended before you can send your mothership out to 24 hours which is the same as PPT when you attack as sending your MS out is as good as putting in on PPT.
the combination of the 2 above would effectively remove specialised planet stealing accounts from the game
