Why? Because its a lot easier, cheaper, and faster than training miners one by one. Admittedly I can see why the marketplace won't let you trade turns for turns or naq for naq, because they are the same thing. But UU for lifers? That should be allowed.

I know this is only a minor (pun not intended) thing but it is a little annoying especially considering it's so easy to bypass just by trading 60k uu for x turns then x turns for 60k lifers. That way it's not just wasting one market turn, but two!

Please forum? Surely it's ok to allow us to do that. We already have the "Confirm Trade" checkbox, if someone wants to just blindly tick everything then that's their own fault.

The reason being is because then you would essentially be getting something for nothing, as it costs 1,500 naq to train a UU into a lifer. being able to trade for them on the market would mean you are bypassing that cost.

first i read the thread i thought this idea would be good, but not with avoiding costs...

BUT: one MT also costs 5-8bill at black market...just a thought

Just swap your UU into turns, then turns into lifers. It takes two MTs but it beats the hell out off untraining and re-training miners into lifer until you have like 12k.

is there really a need, unless you have some wierd phobia or something that everyone must be a lifer, a miner is a miner they all give same amount. plus if you get beat bad might need to untrain a few men cant do that if all you have are lifers

well, i have that kind of phobia, lol, cuz in the past, i untrained many many miners and sold them for naq, yap, i was a n00b, so i like it if they all are lifers, so i never can sell them again for naq and can´t repeat my fault...not that i am still a n00b

Just sell some UU on the black market then turn around and use the naq for the lifers. Waste of market turns in my opinion, but whatever floats your boat.

yea considering 3 mts will get you about 15bil or 40kuu

If you want them as you are preparing for ascension then its more efficient to use 2 MTs, remember you can do it in multiples. So say you want to train 60,000 lifers, then you can do this with just 2 MTs, theres no point in selling your MT's if you're ascending and want lifers, you may well get 45 bill if you sell all 3 but you can't take it with you.

If you sell 1 MT per week for 8 billion then that 20k UU, which can be added to your normal UU amount so you have more lifers.

I agree that if you aren't planning on ascending then it may be worthwhile spending te extra time to train your lifers (if you really need em to be lifers) and sell your MTs on the black market as you'll get at least 60k UU for all 3, which is better than 20k lifers if you're not ascending.

Take the UU you want as lifers.
Sell on the black market
Buy lifers on the real market

Boom, profit?
