What are the %'s?

What are the %'s that the ascended blessing comes into play?
for
prophet all the way up to LG+1?

I think its 5%,10%-----25%
it increases 5% everytime but i could be wrong

No thats the bonus for your stats not the ascended blessing, ascended blessing stops at 25% even if you've ascended 10 times
