a planet question

ok i am about to take a planet....now with this 24 hours thing
can he take the planet back while in transits?

i beleive he is the only one able to attack it during the next 24 hours

once you take it, for the next 24 hours only you and the person in question can take it. you can build defences on it and upgrade it while it is in transit but they are the only one able to attack it and unless they attack it back they cannot build on it.

the only difference is that u get to play pass the planet with the previous owner without a 3rd party interfering.
