planet stolen from planet thief before 24 hours passed

i had a planet stolen from me in the last 8 hours, which is now in the hands of someone who didn't steal it from me.
also, i'm fairly sure the person that stole it from me is a multi because they only have 34 army size.

ok... i just managed to steal the planet back. so either the bug is still in effect. or i am very lucky because he got it, and i reconised it...

Well, then this and planet abandonment need to be addressed. Since to my knowledge this is to prevent attacks to pass the planet, and not abandonment.
Also, I am curious, I assume this "timer" for the 24 hours just counts down, thus one could nab a planet and PPT.
If it doesn't already, I would think that a PPT should suspend the countdown on the "timer".

apparently, i hit a one in a million chance of finding the guy who picked up my planet after it got abandoned... i'll know for sure when i change my planets name after my 24 hours is up.
regardless. i'm still shocked about it. if he really did pick up my planet from his ms after it had been abandoned... crazy...
