Hi,
got a question that probably most ppl know the correct answer immediately to, but i did not find it directly :
I am ranked somewhere around 8k, i got attacked by a top 30player and my defense power shown in the attack log is approx 50bil less then the power stated in my realm.
I know when you attack downwards you loose some of your attack power, but i never heard of loosing your defense power when low ranked. If this is so, what is the use in the 2 of us loosing some of our actual power ? is it not better then to leave it like it is ?

anything in covert logs? sabs? never heard losing atats when low ranked

no sabs what so ever, i haven't lost any weapons, just that 1 attack with 50bil difference between the quoted power and the power in realm.

Well, the power will not be what is shown in your stats, as there is a random variable in there, though that is quite a big fluxuation.

Were your weapons damaged?

Did all of your weapons have men arming them?

weapons were not damaged before he attacked me.

Then it must be the small difference in power each time.

War (attack/raid) Success and Winnings: Your Strike Action (which is from 75% to 100% of your total potential Strike Action as determined above), must be bigger than their defence action

no matter the rankings...

^^ that's your answer. The power in battle is something like 75% to 100% of your stat rating, determined by random. The bigger your defense and attack gets, the larger the variance seems.
