This guy has a multi.. I know this for a fact, he is selling an account and I asked him why he wanted naq for it and he said he has another account.

Well he didnt told u that he usin both... he could sell one which he doesnt use anymore (or belonged to his brother, friend, etc...) and use another one for playing. Maybe.
The fact he is selling that prove that he dont want to play to multi way... so lets just assume that he doesnt use 2 accounts, until proven elsehow.
