There are certain planets that will not show up in spy logs, its not that they have a superior covert level, the planets dont show up with the ??? at all, they are just not there. Is there any explanation for this?

There is a bug with the planets if you only have 1 planet, and if you don't give it a name, it will not show up in any covert logs.
