i tryed to buy osme merc's this morning and as i did this came up "You can only have 25 percent of your trained troops as mercenaries. Beyond that, you do not have enough troops loyal to you to ensure compliance to your orders." i have no idea what it is or what to do, i beliv ei have to hcnage a setting but im not sure what i only have 800 attack and 2160 defence mercs so i dont understand any help would be great, thanks for your time guys.

add up ur attack troops(not including mercs) and defense troops (again no mercs) then divide that by 4
thats the number of mercs u can have, however if u already have more then u dont loose them but u cant buy anymore

i dunno why its done that, i got way more than 25% of my army as mercs.

my attack and defensive tropps are only mad eup of merc's i dont have any other men

Merc limitations

The rules state a 25% maximum merc in an army - and now that is enforced. It is 25% of trained army, excluding agents...

my mercs make up my complete army near enough

Meaning that you won't be able to buy mercs anytime soon. Unless you train a whole lot of your own. In the meantime your mercs will die as you use them, and in time, everyone will be below the 25% limit. Mercs will be available to everyone again, I hope.
