Planet power comparison

I was checking some intel logs the past week and whenever I obtain a planet it loses some facilities and then gives me more power then my spy logs show it giving the previous owner. Is this a variation in the accuracy of the covert logs or are priors somehow special in regards to planets? Because it has not seemed to matter whether I steal from a Living God or an Asgard. Facilities are lost but most times the bonus from the planet is very slightly higher for me. Then when it is stolen back by the previous owner it definitely shows the dimished effectiveness in lost facilities.

For example a recent planet gave the previous owner 10814 UP bonus
it lost 1813 facilities in the transfer.
It gives me 11028 bonus to UP.

That example seems typical from what I have been seeing the past week.

when u spy it wont show you the size multiplied power, sine there could be a ??? in the place of the planet size. So if u see that u can multiply and get the total, if u dont, you cant...

I think thats not a bug

If it is the same planet why would I get a better bonus then the original owner? Unless covert logs show something other then the true bonus given by a planet; then I do not understand how this isn't a bug.

Ill go another turn for you.

When u spy, there is a planet size place in the spy log too...
U know there are mutlipliers, +1x for all planet size (+0.1for UP)
When u spy u only see the base value, and the size of the planet if u were able to see that too, from this 2 thing u can count the actual bonus.
Dont know why is this this way, but it was like this since planets were announced.
I think it for making a bit more harder to see the actual bonus a planet can give.

Thanks Bazsy. Glad that it is not a bug, but rather a programming thing.
