Hey i am new so bare with me.What does it mean if someone is unranked but is still in the game?

it means you havent gotten anything yet so you cannot have a rank...buy a man and youl become ranked.

if you wanna become ranked fast become my officer i can help you its the best way to become ranked feed off someone who already is
