I wanna join my new commander, but i cannot find he button?

Ask him if he has the "accept officers" box checked. Most players turn it off to avoid getting random joinees that are just looking for shelter from big players. Another thing that might affect if is if you have shared the same computer / IP address and logged in under each other's computer. If that happens, you can't be officer / commander to each other.
