This was very odd... is there some kind of update I don't know about? A friend of mine on my Uni course decided to start playing after me and another friend told him about SGW. He's joined as my officer now.

He went to the marketplace as he was just browsing about, and it said that he could buy market supporter status for something riduclous like 2x152 AT's (2 multiples of 152 AT's)... and all the amounts were much smaller than they are for me or my other friend. I asked him to grab a screenshot of it in case it's a bug. Won't be in his lesson until tommorow so I can't check if it's still the same until then.

Any idea's anyone?

It is like that when you go to buy your market suporter status. Once he buys it though the prices will jump up to ours

Is it based on something perhaps? UP, or army size? Because my other friend who started playing about a month and a half ago, had to pay the same price I do straight away.....

no. depends on the said market terms, not connection to personal stats
