getting UP from your officer

ummm i have a officer and my raw UP is like 5k and i am not getting any more from my officer and i have them set on 30% and we both have peace set to each other. can you explain why please.

could possibly be that some how the ip address is coming up the same.

the IP address is the same coz it is my son. he saw me playing it and liked it so he signed up. can this be fixed in any way.
(P.S. i am doing this for a friend not me.)

that is the problem then, your sharing ip's. You need to email admin and ask him about enabling you both to interact with eachother

if it is the IP issue then you shouldn't actually be able to become Commander/Officer to each other because the IP issue restricts it. So I find that a bit odd?
