Admin or anyone who's had the same problem, please reply because I'm really stuck.

I've just ascended but I cant login to the Ascended realm, the user name box on the login screen will only take 18 characters and my username is longer.

User name - System Lord Mezzanine

Only fits - System Lord Mezzan

I've tried changing my name in the main account to make it shorter, now only Lord Mezzanine, but this does not change my name for the ascended realm.

name logins on both ascension and main have been allowed where you only have to enter the first character of the name in order to login.

try that, and if you still can't get in, i'll look into it further.

I just tried logging in with username 'S' being the first character of 'System Lord Mezzanine'. It said login and password dont match, this is only on the ascended realm, I can login to the main account fine.

Please can you look into it further, I haven't seen the Ascended realm yet so I dont know what might happen if I dont login to play.

hmm, well, i know i've only been logining in with the first part of my username on ascension, so let me see if i can find you there.

try using the first word, email address, and password, if that still doesnt' work, i'll ask higher up.

Hi, I've just tried logging in with usernames,

Mezzanine
MEZZANINE

It's says Login and password dont match.

I tried the forget password button and the password is one I'm using, the user name for Ascended Realm is Systsm Lord Mezzanine.

My user name on the main account is Lord Mezzanine and I can login their fine because the user name fits in the box.

Also can you let me know if the PPT covers both realms ? Am I safe in the ascended realm if I stay on PPT on my main account ?

ppt doesn't cover both realms, however, you do get a starting off protection in ascension.

i'll ask Forum what the deal might be.

not sure why 1st letter did not work -should.
just to make it easier I made your name same as main - Lord Mezzanine
then i logged into the account (just testing) using the 3digit security code; 'L' and your email & password.
no problems.

Sorry, but I still cant get in, thank you for changing my user name but now I get this message.

'You are not logged in. Please try to login again. Please note that cookies MUST be enabled to login, for security reasons. Only your player ID (not password or email) are kept in the cookie'

I can still login to my main acocunt fine, cookies are enabled for username and e-mail only. The message above says e-mail shouldn't be in the cookie but I've always had my e-mail in the cookie and dont know how to cancel this cookie without disabling them all.

Please can you help.

I've just tried deleting all cookies and temp internet files, the username and e-mail address still appear in the drop down box.

It's OK now thanks.

I gave up on IE6 and downloaded FF1.5

I still dont understand why IE6 works for SGW and not AscendedWars and I really dont like FF1.5 but at least it works.

Try CCleaner (http://www.ccleaner.com). It will help clean temporary internet files, cookies, and autocomplete. It also helps clean the registry. I use it all the time when I have problems like this.
