No officers, but income stays the same

I asked my officers to leave, and now i have none, but my income has not changed in over a day, it has remained as if i still have officers, but the UP has gone down, worst of both worlds.. any ideas?

are u self CO
no CO or Officer = 10% bonus to UP and NAQ
self CO = 20% UP

no i have my own CO. My personal income should be around 250 mil, + my CO's income, but my income is only 230 mil.

ok.. i got a new officer, reset the income to 10%, it worked my income went to where it should so then i dismissed him, and my income stays the same.. Still 50 mil short of what it should be.
What is the problem?

perhaps you should try changing the rates to your now non-existant officers.

the option is not there. The problem seems to have resolved itself, i asked my commander to change my rates and after a few turns that seemed to work.
