I was prevented from completing a trade using the market broker. The following error message was generated.

"The market broker, under pressure from the galactic council, will not complete the trade, since you have amassed so many units that the galactic council considers you a threat to all galactic life! The maximum the council allows before stopping direct giving or trading of units is 50,000,000"

There is no way I have traded 50,000,000 troops as I have only had my SS for about 2 weeks and I have never had 1.4 million troops, much less 50,000,000. I was trying to trade 5k in uu for 2,000,000,000 naq.

Is this just a freek bug?

u placed 5k tuns for 2000000000 UUs. and 2.000.000.000 UUs woude place u over the CAP, no BUG here, just a noob!

I am hardly a Noob. It was 5k in UU for 2 billion in naq. Next time get the facts straight before passing judgement.

I did. As I stated, it was a one time bug.

Dude, wans't a bug, go to the market and sent XXX naq for 50000000 UUs, u will see that same MEN, as u can see was not a bug, u placed the # in the wrong box, thats hapens a lot.
