naq is disappearing

I can't fill up my bank without loosing all my naq.
I lost more then 170bil in past few weeks, I know that for someone lwith big ACC thar is not much but for me it's huge amount.
At first I thought that I was hacked but I changed Password 3 times. And I'm still loosing naq it is on bank and it just disappears:(:(:(:(:(
I send three messages to admin and I got only one reply that the message was passed on to someone ealse :evil:

there could be a keylogger in your comp, then changing passw dose not help

or filemon
if u type something then look if anything is recording your typing and/or saving it.
have u activated any unknow exe-s?
