Okay, I opened up a thread about selling my account, and I got a buyer. We started talkin over MSN and Ichanged my password. He/She told me that $450 was too much to give out and they requested a password first. I changed it and gave it too them, they have either changed my password or deleted the account.

CAN ANY MOD HELP?

well i dont know where u got the idea of giving him the account info first doing that u asking urself to be scammed

u should never give password b4 u get $

the real question is.. who asked you for the account ? if you attempted to sell it to someone non known and they scammed you :/ not mch anyoen can do ingame, you could ask the admin to give you back your account thats easy enough but they may not because in there eyes , how do they know that the person did not pay you ? that you arent just tryign to egt $ for nothign e.t.c , either way ....

I think that a good idea for both parties involved in a account sale should post in the black market, and that there should be some rules set down about how to selll your account. Even if I was buying an account I would not be too sure about sending the cash first because the person with the account could just be lying or something. For example they could just say that they have an account and just take your money, then you are screwed.

It would probably be too hard to have a middle man mod, but it would fix the problem.

I can vouch for Underdog being a trustworthy guy. Plus he told me on msn about it before i read this thread so he aint lying.

was the accounts ingame name this: Ünderdog , because someone tryied to sell me an account with this ingame name Ünderdog?.

The person with the msn mailto:youknowsgw@hotmail.com has stolen Underdog's account and is also selling what he claims is an ascended account in this thread: http://herebegames.com/StarGateWars/vie ... hp?t=55335

Underdog's is repli so this means he has more than one account (or hes lying about that being ascended?)

Plus he admitted to it on msn and i have logs and print screens to prove it cause him, underdog and i were having a convo.

He needs to be banned ASAP before he causes more problems.
