Grrr someone is cheating with the merc market! I wait for the new mercs to appear, they appear at the turn change, then 3 seconds later its 0 again. Grrr! Please fix it or make the merc supply unlimited like weapons...

Same thing has happened to me many times, right after the turn and there is 0 left. Either there must be a massive demand for mercs or theres something wrong.

Well i know whats wrong, someone either uses a script or a bot, or has a program that allows him or her to type in a number larger than 999..

Sorry guys but there are ways to get mercs, many people do, and they are very rare to see 1 minute after they've been there.

No, I don't use tamper data or any program like it, in fact I just use my standard web browser with no addons..

I was not saying that you used it. I am saying that is how most people do it. Another way is using tabs which is what I do when I buy them. I usually try to buy them when the server is not busy.

Data tampering is going on very often. But forum seems to think that its not cheating?? go figure?? Oh well another situation of "lack of definition" as to what is a cheat, bug, exploit, or exceptable cheating. And I agree Eros, if forum is going to let data tampering continue why not remove the limit so the "non cheating" players can buy mercs too???


(not saying anyone here has cheated, I'm saying how can using a program to get around a limit put in place by forum/game admin/ game mod not be cheating? This is soley in reference to data tampering not tabs or any other legal means.)

I dont see where there is a problem eros I just bought 50 k merc typing 999 in both attack and def . It had 4mins until the next turn . And on the turn there was 0 mercs left except the untrainded mercs. I guess u gettem while you can . I was in your perdicument as u until I just bought 50k yippee.

Eros dude this isn't cheating in anyway...

There are always at least 400 people playing at any given time.. Now out of those 400 you can asume that at least 10% know about and remember about the merc market

Market releases 25-40K mercs per turn.. 40 people buying mercs at 999 each for both.. All 40 people hit the buy button and the mercs are gone..

I use I.E. and I have a mighty fast clicky mouse... Its my massing mouse... I bought it for massing haha.. But anyway you can put in your 999 and keep hitting the clicky button untill you think there are no more.. I count my clicks..

So 36K on the market I click 36 times... Works like a charm... Sometimes I get 2K mercs sometimes I get 30K mercs.. its all about luck and speed

hehe theres a way to do it just by using the browser <_< >_< >_>

Im still saying i think Tamper Data and that browserplugin IS cheating. But im still waiting word on that from Forum.

LOL you keep clicking...

i don't like the idea that merc be unlimited cause there will be much more massing as people can replenished their troop fast.same goes for recovery, which make the game uninteresting1

as for the market, make it like 100k merc every turn will be much better
