stole a up planet about 9hours ago. been putting its up up but i had it up to 2098 last turn and when turn came it went down to 2094

whats up with that?
is it becuase its not fully mine?

Maybe its got hit but not taken and some facilities destroyed. Check your attack logs

nope not that, seems to have stopped but still 2094

up planets at a size larger than "tiny" have a decimal attached to them.

ie, a normal planet, is 1.3 UP per upgrade. to make up for this decimal. it will sometimes variate in a small range.

at least, thats what i think happens. :/
