How do you use the vault, i keep trying to put naq in there and it wil not let me.

You need untrained units to increase the size of your vault. As your daily income grows, so will your bank.

Just click the "deposit" button. There is a limit to how much can go in though, and if you're at the limit you can't deposit any more Naquadah.
