I'm not going to bother with this one.
I'm in DDE, and my officers have insane amounts of UP (more than me)
are you going to say I'm a cheater?
Admittedly, mine have more defence...etc...
but a high UP does not mean it's a multi!
One of my officers have over 16k UP and had over 10bil def... and it got mass raided away. It takes time to rebuild the def. And maybe they got tired of rebuilding.
Don't point and shout cheater. Get some solid proof first.
Stormy wouldn't cheat like that.

yea I thought someone will notice those.
some of them were my friends. after massing or whatever they got instead of it, they chose to leave this game and made me their co, cause I was still playing it. well the thruth is I asked them to do this cause I needed backup after ascension. thats all.
few others I dont know myself, maybe they asked their friends... I honestly dont know.
those are not my accs. why would I cheat now, after I got through the hard part?

Edit: Come to think of it, they're all badass farms _o_

even thought we're in different alliances >_> i must have my say here, since i know Storm, for starters she wouldnt cheat, secondly i remember that she was looking for people to join her and steadily people joined her, when/how/why etc i wasnt too concerned with that, maybe i should have, cause later, this i remember clearly, she was way too happy/excited to just sit and benefit from the officers, so she just had to "tell" us (more like brag
) about what she got in the end... her new UP with which she outran me among others at the time... now would a SANE cheating person go sort to say public with their cheating achievement? doubtfull, i's stay low and pretend nothing happened -_-
on a more impartial point of view, agreed - this would be suspicious if these accounts popped out of nowhere, just like Storm said, there was a war so someone might have got massed/sabbed or smth for attacking the wrong person, i dont know any of those players personaly but have talked to them, moreover, i dont see any point for Storm faking a convo with me O.o
