Can't log in

when i try to log in it seays that i typed the info incorecty and the i use copy and paste it but it still isn't loging in.please HELP?

If you are using copy and paste there could be an extra space in there, also make sure caps lock is turned off. If that does not work I have no clue.

click the forgotten password link?
and see if its that your doing wrong?
by the way the information your copying may be typed wrong?
