Does the up from up planets give any up to commanders?

no the BASE UP is the only part that the % bonus is worked out upon

Yep, sorry, I wish UP planets would give me a boost.. (being the CO)

UP bonus to commanders has been on TOTAL at least last time i checked.

so, it appears to me, that you guys are spreading mis-information.

that is correct commanders get a cut of officers officers and so on

it is total instead of base, i asked Forum.

Last time I looked in the help/rules section it said RAW up. Sometimes updates are made but not made public.

it mentions neither base/raw, nor total.

point still is sometimes things change and the general public isn't told. People who don't come to forums or have alotta friends won't know the changes made.

This game has a bad help/stratigy guide.

apparently something new has been started upon, but we dont know for sure how much is done on it... lets hope it is finished soon...

but if you want to see one truly full of errors and such, check the help&rules link for chaos... it barely has anything correct at all...

when i first really started playing i was under the impression that it was RAW(base) up not the total but then again i can be wrong

i have proof it's total

thats my CO. at least half my UP is from my total, and she gets UP from my total. it IS that big of a differance.
