Ancients!

Where you asgard before ascending? I know of a few that weren't. I myself was Tauri, the better of the unascended, but chose ancient in order to stick to show.
If you weren't asgard why pick ancient?

because ancients rule... that's why
and personally... I think we got the best names~
like instead of drones or some other stuff
we get heroic names like quester etc...6.^
and ancients are so wise and powerful~
how can we resist the lull to choose them?

Tollan - Got destroyed.
System Lord - Cool, but not as cool as,
Ancient - Creators of the gate network, most advanced race to live, actually are ascended.
So I went for Ancient.
Something I've noticed is that Ancients seem to have a slight strike bonus on top of the normal ascended bonuses. Do we know what the other races bonuses are?
