Planet? No Planet? Bug ? Cheatt?

Ok, I had had a planet stolen a few days ago, I retook it, he took it back and I "thought" He abandoned it cause he had no planet just 12 minuts after he took it, but now I look back on my attack log it is renamed . WHATS UP WITH THAT?
