i just got the PPT and moved some units around. my bank size is about 1.2 bil. when the PPT ends, i have to movie my units back around diminishing my miner count. but if i have a full bank and miners go down, what happens to the naq in the bank. will it stay just get smaller if i take naq out? or will the excess naq just disappear?

nope, excess naq stays there, you can take it out but you cant put any in untill you're under your max limit again

which is why over banking is quite useful, especially with broker
